We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as Satyam Worldwide Clearing Forwarding and Transport, a Licensed Customs Broker established in 2014 under the leadership of Mr. Gitesh Vijay Kelbaikar. Satyam Worldwide has pursued a simple goal since its initiation — providing extraordinary services to exporters and importers.
You may know this role by its older name: a Custom House Agent (CHA). Since the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations the official title is Customs Broker, but importers and exporters across India still say CHA, and a clearing and forwarding (C&F) agent generally means the same firm handling both the customs clearance and the freight. We are all three — licensed under CB No. 11/2264 and operating as a customs clearing agent, freight forwarder and transport agent under one roof.
The efficient services and an ever-growing list of satisfied clients stand as testimony to our commitment. Our competency has been recognised by the exporting and importing community — 70% of them being multinationals and 50% being Fortune 50 clients — who have chosen to outsource their work concerning governmental clearances and approvals from DGFT, STPI, GST, Customs, RBI and the Drug Controller Office.
